SASSF Annual General Meeting

The 2020-2021 SASSF Board will be elected at the Annual General Meeting [AGM]  at 3 pm on June 28, 2020 at the Plantation Presbyterian Church.

The SASSF Board is taking safety at our meeting seriously. After careful consideration, we have implemented the following measures to promote the health and wellbeing of all AGM attendees based on current guidance from the CDC, Florida Dept. of Health, and Broward County.   

• The AGM meeting will be held in the outside courtyard.    Please bring your own lawn chair to minimize cleanup.  
• All present are required to wear a facial covering, unless you have a medical condition that makes wearing a facial covering unsafe.  A small supply of disposable masks will be available
• Physical distancing of 6 ft between non-family members will be required.  
• Ballots/pens have been prepared and quarantined for 72 hours.  

Registration/RSVP  is not required, but appreciated so that we have some sense of how many members will attend.

SASSF membership is not required attend meetings, however only SASSF members in good standing  who have joined/renewed by May 28th are eligible to vote at the AGM.
