Brews & Chews Scottish Cooking Class

A Festival Warm-up -  Come learn how to make several classic Scottish dishes at the Publix Aprons Cooking School, 1181 S. University Dr., Plantation, FL.  

Menu:  Scotch Broth Soup, Sausage Rolls, Shepherd's Pie, Trifle with Shortbread.   Come to this demonstration class and taste some of these favorite dishes, with Brews to wash them down.
