Corporate Festival Sponsorship Opportunities

 

An Annual South Florida Family Favorite

A day of Scottish tradition —including live music, hearty food and drink as well as competitive highland dancing, pipe bands and traditional athletics —once again returns to South Florida. Hosted by the Scottish American Society of South Florida, a 501(3)c non-profit organization.

Corporate Sponsorship Levels

The Scottish American Society of South Florida (SASSF) provides numerous options for sponsorship that allow companies to decide their level of involvement. Through this structure, SASSF can serve the needs of any company wishing to support the games. Though this is the basic structure to the sponsorship plan, SASSF is willing to discuss the negotiability of some aspects.

All Sponsorships are cash only.

Platinum

(Name Sponsor) $10,000 (Cash Only)

The most valuable commodity an event has is its name. For one company only, the Scottish American Society of South Florida will identify the Games with the name of its sponsor. Once officially contracted, the games will be known as the “[Name of Company] Southeast Florida Scottish Festival and Highland Games.” All events held in conjunction with the games (i.e. Friday Ceilidh, sponsors tent) would be named for the sponsor as well.

• 25 complimentary event tickets.
• A promotional (20'x 20’) tent at the games, furnished with tables and chairs.
• Placement of five branding banners at the games. *
• Distribution of promotional flyers from the sponsor tent. *
• You will receive 15 Tickets to the pre-event Sponsors Reception and Ceilidh.
• SASSF will place two banners at the pre-event Sponsors Reception and Ceilidh. *
• Exposure on all event advertising and promotional materials, including but not limited to print and electronic media advertising, flyers/posters, t-shirts, tickets and the Scottish American Society website. **
• Prime full-page color ad on the back page of the event program. *

(Entertainment Tent Sponsor)) $5,000 (Cash Only)

Sponsorship opportunities are available for the three primary events taking place at the festival. The Entertainment Tent will feature local, national, and international artists providing a daylong program of traditional and contemporary Scottish and Celtic music.

• Live promotional announcements prior to each performance at the venue.
• You will receive 20 complimentary event tickets.
• A promotional (20'x 20’) tent at the games, furnished with tables and chairs.
• Placement of 3 branding banners at the games, including one at the entertainment stage. *
• Distribution of promotional flyers from the sponsor and entertainment tents. *
• You will receive 10 tickets to the pre-event Sponsors Reception and Ceilidh.
• Placement of two banners at the pre-event Sponsors Reception and Ceilidh. *
• Exposure on all event advertising and promotional materials, including but not limited to print and electronic media advertising, flyers/posters, t-shirts, tickets and the Scottish American Society website. **
• Prime color ½ page ad in the event program. *

(Field Events Sponsor) $5,000 (Cash Only)

Sponsorship opportunities are available for the primary events taking place at the festival. The events field provides the venue for crowds to be entertained throughout the day by Scottish heavy athletics competition, pipe band performances, and other unique demonstrations.

Benefits

• Live promotional announcements prior to each performance at the venue.
• You will receive 20 complimentary event tickets.
• A promotional (20'x 20') tent at the games, furnished with tables and chairs.
• Placement of three branding banners at the games, including one at the main stage on the center field featuring the sponsors’ name/logo. *
• Distribution of promotional flyers from the sponsor and entertainment tents. *
• You will receive 10 tickets to the pre-event Sponsors Reception and Ceilidh.
• We will place 2 banners at the pre-event Sponsors Reception and Ceilidh. *
• Exposure on all event advertising and promotional materials, including but not limited to print and electronic media advertising, flyers/posters, t-shirts, tickets and the Scottish American Society website. **

(Highland Dance Sponsor) $5,000 (Cash Only)

Sponsorship opportunities are available for the three primary events taking place at the festival. The highland dance stage is where dancers demonstrate their skills and compete in traditional costumes to the sound of pipes.

• Live promotional announcements prior to each performance at the venue.
• You will receive 20 complimentary event tickets.
• A promotional (20'x 20’) tent at the games, furnished with tables and chairs.
• Placement of 3 branding banners at the games, including one at the dance stage. *
• Distribution of promotional flyers from the sponsor and Entertainment tents. *
• You will receive 10 tickets to the pre-event Sponsors Reception and Ceilidh.
• Placement of two banners at the pre-event Sponsors Reception and Ceilidh. *
• Exposure on all event advertising and promotional materials, including but not limited to print and electronic media advertising, flyers/posters, t-shirts, tickets and the Scottish American Society website. **

Patrons
Patrons support the games through an entirely tax deductible contribution and receive a recognition ribbon.

Trophies or the funds to purchase appropriate awards and medals are gratefully accepted for the piping, drumming. dancing and athletics competitions.
