Enjoy piping, drumming, highland dancing, country dancing, Scottish athletics, folk singing, fiddling, children's games, sheepdogs, craft demonstrations, Find your roots at the clan encampment. Browse through the Scottish shops stocked with items of Highland dress, jewelry, music, china, crystal, instruments, books, keepsakes etc. Savor Scottish pies and pastries and Scottish beer. The opening ceremonies with the parade of clans and massed bands will be at Twelve o'clock noon.

In January of 2011 Celtic Mayhem Combining the talents of members of three of the renaissance faire circuit's most popular musical acts, Celtic Mayhem has been entertaining audiences with their unique, brand of Celtic folk music since their debut in the Spring of 2007.
Featuring Ty Billings (Minstrels of Mayhem) on vocals, guitar, and flute, Martyn Wylde (Wyldefyre) on vocals, bass, guitar, and bouzouki and Jack Stamates (Generica, Avalon and more) on vocals, fiddle, recorder, and percussion, Celtic Mayhem have developed into a remarkable "Celtic power trio".
The band plays Celtic traditional music and folk songs, along with original and contemporary music with a traditional feel.
Celtic Mayhem has appeared at festivals and fairs throughout the USA, including the Sterling Renaissance Festival (New York), The Connecticut Renaissance Faire, The Florida Renaissance Festival, and many more.
In January of 2011 NeedFire, a very High-Energy Celtic / Rock band from the Dallas, Texas area. You can find many examples of their performances and on FaceBook or MySpace simply by typing Needfire in your Internet browser search.
Pipe bands from all over Florida will compete.
In January of 2011 Alex Beaton, North America's most popular and beloved Scottish folksinger. Alex's impressive musical career spans four decades and includes the creation of Glenfinnan Music, which offers a collection of nineteen albums dedicated to traditional Scottish music and a triple feature DVD, Alex Beaton's Scotland: A Musical Travelogue of Scotland.
Activities on the Main Field during the day also include:

- Tossing the weight and bale of hay for height
- Tossing the 16ft Caber or "tree trunk" end over end.
- Sheep Dogs.
