Saturday, May 11th, VOLUNTEER PICNIC, Snyder Park, 11:00 – 5:00 (Volunteers, Friends who want to volunteer, Members and their family are invited)
It will be at the corporate pavilion at Snyder Park, which is the big pavilion in the front of the park. So it is a rain or shine event you will need to pay for parking before coming to the pavilion (make sure you leave the stub on your dash. We will provide beer, soda, water, hot dogs, hamburgers and condiments. We are also bringing the rum runner machine for $ 2.00 donations. We will have 30th anniversary mugs and T Shirts for sale as well…….. We also have games for young and old planned!
There is a $ 5.00 for the day (or a $ 1.00 per hour) parking fee that you will have to pay at the meter at the entrance.
This is a reminder that no dogs are allowed in the portion of the park we will be in for the picnic.
This is open to SASSF members and all volunteers, as well as the volunteer’s family. This includes all volunteers. Those who worked the Bank Atlantic Center, Battle of The Bands, Burns Supper, Ceilidh, Festival, Dine To Donate (AKA Restaurant of The Month), Golf Scramble, etc.

1. If you will be attending
2. How many you will have
3. What side dish you will be bringing
If you were in charge of a committee, or volunteers that attended, please contact you volunteers with this information and supply me with the 3 items listed above. (Please do not have your volunteers contact Renee directly). Please let Renee Campbell know by 4/30/13 so that we can plan accordingly and do the shopping. at renee@sassf.org. Please bring pipes or drums if you have them.

This is a covered-dish-event. There is no charge for this event.
The picnic is for all members, volunteers, and workers of the festival or other events, dancers, and pipe band members.
If you do not fit in the above categories but are interested in celebrating along with us, or becoming involved in some way you are invited also.
Please bring something for the table that will feed the number in your group and a little to share.
All of those who brought volunteers who may not be on our email list please let your volunteers know.
This is a family fun event.
Someone usually brings water balloons for a balloon toss and eggs for an egg toss.
If you can play an instrument please bring it. The pipers and drummers get together to play and have fun.
